General Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions (GTC) define the modalities of booking, organisation, and execution of services offered by Crew Transport & Security, operated by DAN DRIVER. Any booking implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

Booking
All services are carried out exclusively on prior booking. A booking is considered firm after written confirmation (email, message, or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, receipt of payment or a guarantee. Crew Transport & Security reserves the right to refuse any request without justification.

Pricing
Services are offered on a quote basis or on an availability basis (hourly, half-day, full-day, or specific service). Rates are determined based on duration, distance, vehicle type, service level, and specific constraints. A booking minimum may apply. Any hour started is due.

Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, services are payable in advance. For certain services, a deposit or pre-authorisation may be required. In the event of non-payment, the service may be cancelled without notice. Accepted payment methods are specified at the time of the quote.

Cancellation & No-show
Unless otherwise specified: Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: no charge Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the invoiced amount No-show (client absent at the pickup location): 100% of the invoiced amount Any service that has commenced is due in full.

Waiting & Standby
Excluding airport pickups, a courtesy waiting time of 25 minutes is included. Beyond this time, any hour started is automatically invoiced. Any period of vehicle standby at the client's request (waiting, extended stop, schedule change) is considered availability time and invoiced accordingly.

Overrun & Extension
Any service exceeding the initially planned duration is automatically extended, subject to availability, and invoiced accordingly. Any hour started is due.

Airport Pickups
Airport services include real-time flight tracking. Included waiting time: Commercial flights: up to 90 minutes from the actual landing time Private aviation (Le Bourget): up to 30 minutes This includes an extended courtesy period to ensure a comfortable pickup. Beyond this, any hour started is automatically invoiced. Any standby time due to formalities (baggage, controls, customs) remains the client's responsibility and will be invoiced. In the event of client non-appearance after the included waiting time has expired, the service is invoiced in full. For departures, any client delay resulting in waiting or overrun is invoiced.

Coordination & Organisation
Crew Transport & Security commits to providing a high-level service in terms of punctuality, discretion, and quality. The company reserves the right to adapt the resources deployed (vehicle, driver, partner) based on operational constraints.

Partners & Multi-vehicle
Certain services may be provided through a network of selected partners. Crew Transport & Security remains the primary contact and ensures overall coordination.
9 bis
Close Protection
Close protection services offered by Crew Transport & Security are entirely subcontracted to specialized partners holding authorizations issued by the French National Council for Private Security Activities (CNAPS), in accordance with French law. Crew Transport & Security acts solely as coordinator of these services and does not hold a private security license.

Modifications & Additional Fees
Any modification (schedule, address, itinerary, number of passengers, luggage) may result in a tariff reassessment. Additional fees (parking, tolls, specific access, extended waiting) are invoiced separately.

Events & Peak Demand
During periods of high activity (international events, Fashion Week, peak season), specific conditions may apply, including: booking minimums enhanced cancellation conditions adjusted pricing

Liability
Crew Transport & Security cannot be held liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including: traffic conditions flight or train delays weather conditions exceptional events

Luggage & Personal Effects
The client is responsible for their personal effects. No liability can be accepted for loss, forgotten items, or damage.

Behaviour On Board
Respect for the driver, the vehicle, and safety rules is required at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the service, without refund. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be invoiced. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on board. Consumption of alcohol not provided by the service provider is subject to prior agreement.

Confidentiality
All services are carried out in strict compliance with confidentiality.

Force Majeure
Crew Transport & Security cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay due to a force majeure event.

Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
