Departure from Lyon via the A43 towards Chambéry, then Albertville and the Tarentaise valley to Moûtiers. From Moûtiers, climb towards Méribel via the Route des Allues. Smooth on weekdays, busy on Saturdays during school holidays.

Winter season: December to April. Changeover Saturdays are the busiest, early morning or late afternoon departures recommended. Snow chains and winter tyres systematic. Crew monitors road conditions in real time and adapts the route if needed.
